How do I Get Stretch’d?

Get Stretch’d is unique in that our Certified Stretchers are trained-in and utilize both PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and active dynamic stretching. PNF includes added resistance for maximum benefits by using both resistance bands and the Stretcher’s hands. With active dynamic stretching, a position is held for just a few seconds and then released. By incorporating both types of stretching techniques, you’ll feel the maximum benefits of stretching.

When Do I Get Results?
